How long does it take to complete the course?
Time for completion varies from user to user. As a student you may complete the program as slowly or as quickly as you would like. Few courts mandate a minimum time requirement. We must abide by these requirements and can make no exceptions if your court requires this timer.

What if I don’t have enough time to complete traffic school?
In most cases the court will grant you an extension. You will want to contact your court directly to inquire about this matter. If you are granted an extension, Please update this information to reflect an accurate date.

What if I am under the age of 18?
Every court is different regarding minors. We suggest you contact your court check their requirements before using our program.

Are my quizzes and final exam scored immediately?
All quizzes are graded online real time for you. 95 % of Final Exams will be done the same way. There are a few select counties that require more time to process. We will keep you up to date at all times via the website and email. Please note that if you are taking the online third party exam, your final exam results will still post online and via email. You will need to check your email account for a notice from the third party giving you your results if you did not see them displayed when your final exam was graded. (At this time third party exams are mandated for the following counties in California: Amador, Butte, Contra Costa, Del Norte, Imperial, Lassen, Mariposa, Mendocino, Modoc, Napa, Riverside, Santa Cruz, Stanislaus, Solano, Sierra, Contra Costa, Madera, Tulare, and Ventura. This list may not be up to date due to frequent court mandate changes. Some counties add this requirement before we update this list)

How many sections (chapters) and quizzes are there in the program?
Generally 5 chapters with a Final Exam. Each court will vary on requirements. However all courts will require at minimum driver improvement material and quizzes.

Who submits the certificate to the court?
Each court will have its own requirements. You will be notified during registration who is responsible for delivery of the certificate. Only a select few courts still accept certificates directly from us. Most courts require your signature, so we must forward them to you.

Can I login and out as many times as I would like?
Yes. Come and Go as you please. You won't lose progress by leaving the site.

I paid for traffic school at the court window, why do I have to pay you, too?
All courts collect an "administration fee" at the window. This does not pay for traffic school. This only makes you eligible to attend a traffic school. You will have to pay any traffic school you attend. Remember our Guarantee. You may view it from our home page. There is no risk and no worry that there is a lower priced traffic school.

Why are there questions on the quizzes and final exam that don't relate to traffic safety?
Some courts require that we hide unrelated text and questions in our material to ensure the reader is actually reading the text. It is a small form of security the court mandates we take. We understand they can be troublesome, but all traffic schools are required to take this same security measure.

What if I find a typo in the questions or text?
We apologize for any typos or incorrect grammar, however we do make mistakes. Please email us from our home page and subject your email "I found a typo". Thank you for helping us better our program for future users.
