What is the deadline for processing and shipping?
We will process your certificate according to your Processing Option chosen during checkout.

Is overnight or rush processing available?
Yes. In most cases you will be able to select from several overnight, 2 day service, and other rush delivery options.

How quickly can I get my certificate processed?
We process each business day. We will process your certificate according to the Processing Option you elect at time of sign up.

Where will the certificate be sent?
In most cases we send the certificate directly to you. Some courts allow us to send the certificates directly to the court. We will inform you of the procedure during sign up.

Can I downgrade my shipping method after I have already chosen an upgrade?
Unfortunately not, as soon as your final exam is completed our shipping department is quickly processing your certificate so it is delivered to the proper destination. If you are unsure of your due date and shipping matters call your court to get a brief extension to avoid paying shipping fees you don't need. Regardless of your status in the program no fees will be reimbursed or cancelled on shipping. It is your responsibility as a defendant to determine the proper shipping schedule for your needs.
